Be warned! This refreshing party drink doesn't taste strongly of alchohol, so it's very easy to over-indulge!

for a perfect Flirtini recipe, you'll need:

• 1 ounce Vodka (buy the best you can afford)
• 2 ounces Champagne (again, buy the best you can afford)
• 2 ounces Pineapple juice

here's how you do it:

Serves 1-2 people.

1. Combine all ingredients together in a mixer glass with ice.

2. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with any of the suggestions, below.

3. Start making the next one, because they won't last long!

• a lemon twist
• a sprig of mint
• lime wedge
• orange twist
• maraschino cherry
• pineapple wedge
• pink sugar rim on the glass
• three green grapes speared on a decorative skewer

Now that you've discovered a fabulous new cocktail, try these great variations to add lots of variety to your repertoire:

• 2 ounces Vodka
• 1 ounce Green Apple Schnapps
• 1 ounce Champagne

1. Combine Vodka and Schnapps in cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.

2. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.

3. Top with Champagne.

4. Garnish with a green apple slice or any other suggested garnish, above.

• 1 ounce Vodka
• 1/3 ounce Blue Curacao liqueur
• 1 ounce Champagne

1. Combine Vodka and Blue Curacao in a mixer glass with ice, stir.

2. Pour into a cocktail glass filled half way with ice.

3. Top with Champagne.

4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or any other suggested garnish, above.

• 1/2 ounce Absolut citron vodka
• 1/2 ounce Cointreau
• 1 ounce pineapple juice
• 2 wedges of fresh pineapple
• 3 ounces champagne

1. Put the Cointreau and pineapple pieces in the bottom of a mixing glass and smash with a fork or a muddler, if you have one.

2. Add the citron vodka and pineapple juice and stir to combine.

3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with champagne, to taste.

4. Garnish.

• 1 ounce raspberry vodka
• 1/2 ounce Cointreau
• 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
• 1/2 ounce cranberry juice
• dash fresh lime juice
• 1-2 raspberries
• champagne

1. Put the raspberries in the bottom of a martini glass and smash with a fork or a muddler, if you have one.

2. Combine the raspberry vodka, cointreau, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and lime juice in a shaker and shake well.

3. Strain into the martini glass and top with champagne, to taste.

4. Garnish.

• 3 ounces Champagne
• 3/4 ounce Vodka
• 3/4 ounce Strawberry Brandy

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixer glass and stir.

2. Pour into a cocktail glass filled half way with ice.

3. Garnish with a strawberry or any of the suggested garnishes, above.
